This is a blend of 14 different barrels carefully selected by Irene Tan and the Wood Hat Staff. The chosen barrels were selected from our Red, White, Blue, and Orange corn whiskeys and bourbons. The results from this unique blend are described as an intense tasting experience. There is a nice, sweet depth to the front of the palate that transitions to big, bold flavors in the middle palate, and finishes with a lingering warmth that comforts the soul.
